To deliver a seamless mobile interface, the application utilizes specific permissions and local storage features:

Your ERPNext server URL, username, and password/API keys are saved locally on your device only using industry-standard, hardware-backed encryption (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). This information is never transmitted to our servers.

📷 Camera Access

When explicitly granted, camera access is used exclusively within your active session to support core ERPNext functionality, such as scanning barcodes or uploading attachments and profile photos directly to your server.

🔔 Push Notifications

We use unique notification tokens strictly to route push alerts generated by your ERPNext instance through our relay server to your device.

📁 Device Storage

Storage access enables you to download reports, export files, or upload attachments from your mobile device directly into your ERPNext instance.

3. Data Transmission & Security

All data flows directly between your mobile device and your designated ERPNext URL. Communication is secured via standard HTTPS encryption during transit.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Your Rights & Data Removal

Because your data resides exclusively on your local device and your own ERPNext server, you maintain full control over it at all times. You can instantly purge all locally stored credentials and configuration settings by clearing the app cache or uninstalling ERPNextMobile from your device.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ERPNextMobile is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, connection stability, or server-side data integrity. We are not responsible for data loss or operational disruption caused by network issues or server errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERPNextMobile and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, revenues, or business opportunities—arising from your use or inability to use the application.
